This place is a disaster, besides they ask for donations when the general contractor do not pay their trades and can not meet the Ministry of Labor standards. Multiple Liens against the property, avoid working for these people.

EOY UPDATE: This does look like it has halted, anyone have any info here? Started way back mid 2024. Other than @REALGTACONSTRUCTION anecdotal reports haha. Should the status be changed to on-hold? @Northern Light

Construction progressed here, very slowly, from June to October, as the basic frame/structure grew from 1s to 3s.

The photographs do not show any progress of note since late October.

Certainly things look troubled here, as one floor per 2 months (or less) is not really an acceptable progress rate on any project.

Hmmm, a revision request to the permit was made in June 2025, but never issued.....

Someone with more hands on construction experience may wish to comment on this............but I don't get how you could apply for this permit, at that stage, and progress to the 3rd floor without it being issued........
