I dont think there's anything that can save what this sad sorry neighbourhood is, Concord did what they did and they're laughing to the bank unfortunately.

This development epitomizes what CityPlace is: One giant wasted and missed opportunity that brings nothing special to the city and the area.
 
Wow...I think it looks pretty good. Although I do recall that previous planting in this area have looked very poorly maintained and downtrodden.

Was There at the building yesterday, Saw the model suites. Finishing is top notch. Forget about the propaganda about the social media bullshit, developer is working hard at rectifying issues and making things right. I was thoroughly Impresses. They do Acknowledge the issues they have faced but are not hiding face but resolving them. Location has blown my mind, and I'm super excited for the amenities to be ready. March is when they expect to deliver all units by and final closings to be done for most.

Yes, but sometime the utilities have already got tons of 'stuff' in that location and nobody is prepared to pay to move it so the landscaping gets moved.
