50 Queens Quay East (Park) | ?m | ?s | City of Toronto

I guess they expect the trees to just right themselves as they grow, I suppose. Some are leaning away from the sidewalk, other are leaning towards the sidewalk and nothing has been adjusted since I last took photos. 😅 I guess it is what it is.

No fountain?
This is just a temporary park until a permanent one is designed and built, and then left to deteriorate by Toronto Parks and Rec.

...I mean, they're taking a more naturalist approach by leaving those parks to the elements and local fauna for the evolving growth and aesthetics. /s

Or who knows, maybe the "temporary" park will be left in a never ending temporary state because the city will transition it to its legendary approved but unfunded projects list.

Especially if (God forbid), Mr. Status Quo makes a return to his post.

Final paving this week.
Electrical panel installed and probably wired but not powered.
The tall grass was cut recently.
The snow fences were removed, maybe temporarily?

Still not open yet…..I’m assuming they reinstalled the fencing tonight.
They still need pickleball nets and lines. I’m assuming the stones stop the ball vs an outer fence. Hopefully not too windy for the ball and a broom is left on the court for the loose stones.
