Can you imagine if you bought pre-construction and you just found out, "Hey we're still about 3-years away...." What a sh*t show.
That would be me LOL. I have no idea why it would take an additional 3 years to finish this project.

Is the mass damper on the roof, or is it on one of the lower floors? Anyone have pics of it if it's already there?

It will be above the 85th floor.
I thought it was written that it would be "complete" in Nov. 26? Where does 3 more years come into the conversation? That's 1.5 years... not 3. I never saw anything that said it would finish in April of 28.
Whaaat, you didn't read our front page story yesterday?!?!

Photos taken today, Friday (Apr. 25). After a lot of movement last week when I posted on that Friday, little visible progress this week. Work seems to be still at level 83 or so on top and the corner forms remain at level 75 give or take. The north Rail Climbing System (RCS) is up a level, installing the skin for the exterior, joining the east RCS at level 58, the west one still at level 57. Meanwhile, more louvres have been installed on the 2nd mechanical level. And... a crew was installing plywood on the street level hoarding.

A few different views this time, including of a sidewalk optical device that seems to pointed at the tower, maybe someone here knows what that's about. Starting with the view from Yonge Street at Dundas, a closer view of the top half from around Yonge and Dundonald, then that optical device I mentioned at Yonge and Isabella. The view from Charles and Yonge and just east of there. Then a view of the 2nd mechanical level with more louvres installed, then the view from in front of Holt Renfrew. Cumberland, east of Bay, including a tighter shot showing the north and west RCSs. The view from the NE corner of Yonge and Bloor, a view of the east and north RCSs from below, and a shot of the crew putting up plywood for the street-level hoarding. Then a walk up Queen's Park: the view from north of College; from inside the park itself through the trees north of Wellesley, and a new view from Charles east of Queen's Park Crescent.
