I was just driving by this the other day and was wondering if it would conform to the existing zoning changes. Great news that it does!

Any word if this is going to be a condo or a rental? The lack of explicit references to it being a rental makes me think it may be individual ownership

It was originally done without variances. Under the city's new interpretation of the zoning by-law, it would have triggerd a bunch of variances because it would be deemed an apartment building.
