If Urban Toronto is going to be a place that celebrates pictures taken while dangerously and illegally trespassing on active construction sites I'm going to stop posting here and close my account.

This is the equivalent of posting street racing videos on a car forum.

Totally illegal and unacceptable and should not be encouraged or celebrated.

Moderators let me know where you stand on this. If you think this makes for good content I'm done here.

Nothing about this is illegal. I asked permission and showed them my pictures and I was escorted up. Not everyone is as boring as you.
I doubt Ellis Don gave you permission to be on site. You are not wearing any PPE. Obviously you have no site specific safety training or probably any safety training. Ellis Don does not allow pictures on site or to be posted on social media.
I’m sure one of these construction sites will catch up with you someday for trespassing.

FYI @interchange42

Signed
@hawc ‘s boring friend.

This.

There's no way what you did was legal.

@highupJ You've got lots of other pictures in other threads too legs dangling over edges of under construction buildings, walking out on cranes.

It's like posting illegal street racing videos on a car forum.

Again, @interchange42 let me know where Urban Toronto stands on illegal activity posted on this forum.

@TwinHuey @globalexpress love to hear your thoughts.

I've been thinking the same thing for a while now as he's posted similar pics in the past. Not necessarily closing my account, but I did find it peculiar that many members were condoning this behavior and mods seemed to be turning a blind eye to it.

In case folks where wondering, FYI, urbex:

...there is a lot to be debated about this, but I agree that UT should not be hosting the proceeds of this activity. There's lots of other places for this. And urban doesn't mean everything "urban" should be posted here. Just saying.
