I know, it's crazy.

I just got occupancy yesterday, and I had to give 12 months of post dated cheques for the occupancy fees.

They are advertising No occupancy period on the remaining units it seems. So it's possible that final closing may be soon.
 
Does anyone know if we have hard / soft water at the townhouses ? Has anyone install a water softener in their unit ?

Heard that final closing for Building A and some townhouses have started; any news for Building B?
 
I only heard (from my mortgage provider) that the units in Building A was suppose to start closing Sept 30th. I’m thinking it’s the first phase?

Can someone from Building A confirm?

Building B still has units on Floors 10-13 (as they added these floors in hindsight) available for closing immediately (no occupancy fee).

I was told that if we don’t get notice by the end of November of a firm closing date, it won’t likely to happen till the new year cause December is a write-off (holiday season).

Might not be a bad thing as mortgage rates is due to come down.
