At the time, this was (and is) under appeal at the OLT.............not that common to see resubmissions well into that process........
But good for you in finding it!

The database has been updated to reflect the latest (August 23) SPA submission; updated renderings & stat changes already posted above. The title of the project is now 'Camden House'.
The OLT has ratified the settlement with an interim order

Looks like this project has now added 35 Camden to the assemblage. Hopefully the cool brickwork pattern is staying:

The loss of harmony also perturbs its relation with the neighbouring Ace Hotel building.
The database has been updated to reflect the latest stats, changes are as follows:
- Storeys increased from 17 to 18 due to indoor amenity in the mech level
- Height increased from 58.15 to 61.55m
- Total residential units increased from 168 to 237
- Total vehicular parking increased from 52 to 64
- Total bicycle parking increased from 208 to 262
