I think this has taller than normal ceiling heights so it will be a tall 20 floors

Update: Heavy mobile crane action and installation going on....most of Avenue is blocked off to traffic. But I am not sure its for this project or for the...

So I don't know what this is all for..as this respective project already has a crane installed and been there for a year plus now.

Edit: I strongly considering of removing/deleting this, as I do not know what that was all about. The problem with not taking pics at the time when I should, it didn't really happen! >.<
