I'm not sure why it will take til Summer of 2028 to open this; clearly construction is not being managed by Centrecourt!

...in Niagara, where development goes to wear clown shoes. Whether it be pipe dreamed 70 story hotels, a theme park of a dodgy tenure and now a hospital in the middle of no where that has a surface parking lot that has taken up an entire field. /sigh
 
Locating that surface level helipad on the roof would be a much better option.
