Thanks for the pictures!!! very helpful in keeping on top of this. Does anyone have a guesstimate on what a reasonable date is for occupancy. Supposed to be Nov 2024 but think that is WAY off

My guess is Winter '25. It's not uncommon for these projects to be 1 year late
Sample timeline:
Bought Sept 2019 -> Est. Occupation Summer 22
Real occupation Summer 2023, closing April 2024

According to Allied Properties February, 2024 presentation on its website, the retail will be ready to transfer from under development to rental properties in Q4 2025. Residential should be around the same time? Fingers crossed!
