Mon Sheong Stouffville (Phase 1 Building B): a proposed 8-storey long term care facility developed by The Mon Sheong Foundation on the west side of Sandiford Drive, north of Hoover Park Drive in the Ringwood neighbourhood of Stouffville.

Looks like this project broke ground in November 2023. Eight-story long-term care facility with 224 long-term care beds. Anticipated to be ready for occupancy within three years [2026]
