Great pics. How does the white (round?) beam (see section below) fit into things here - is the skeleton of the 'crown' exposed?

I'm presuming due to the lack of a floor being contructed here, this is some sort of 2 story conference room or something. White tubular parts will likely be exposed when all is said and finished, while maintaining the continuity of the wind...er, curtain wall that will be attached to them...

...I mean I am no expert here, as I can't even name things properly in the industry standard. But it does seem whenever painted steel works are involved, they usually serve as a decorative aspect as well as function. And CIBC Square and St Lawrence Market North both have examples of this.
