Interesting to see windows on the south exposure. Used to be a blank wall, presumably to allow further development to the south at the TD Bank property. Surprised by this change.

A sign that the parties have concluded a Limiting Distance Agreement preventing the bank from redeveloping?

Or developer could be trying to pull a fast one. Precedent is Tribute at 210 Bloor. Just added windows at site plan approval.

You can't really "pull a fast one". At 210 Bloor, it's not exactly that windows have suddenly appeared out of nowhere on the west wall, but the placement of some windows on that wall have moved, and the City is looking into it. In this case, if there's no Limiting Distance Agreement, these windows simply won't be allowed.

Hmmmmm....you sound like you know of which you speak, but I see zero windows on the west wall of 210 in the application that was approved at LPAT. The site plan app has a ton of them?
 
The new rendering is updated in the database. The height changed from 41.90m to 42.53m. The unit count changed from 104 to 115 units. Finally, the total parking space count changed from 137 parking to 124 parking.
