One hopes the architecture will be rather more pleasing by the time this gets to a serious proposal, but its good to see this type of discussion happening.
To place the context here, this is the fire station just east of Sherbourne, on the north side of Bloor, opposite the Rosedale valley as reflected by the trees in the image above.
