I am hoping something is actually happening. If so, this is incredibly exciting for Niagara Falls. This is one of those places that I really want to see grow and transform into something beautiful.

There's also a 5 storeys expansion on top of the Fallsview Marriott's tallest part of the tower. And a 27 storeys expansion budded against the side of it. Which can be viewed on skyscraperpage's St Catharines Niagara forum on page 32 for details Eric. Would be nice to see some detail on it being next to the Embassy Suites tower. When you have the time thanks! PS If your up to doing St Catharines downtown core. There's 30 and a 45 storey towers being proposed there too! That can be seen on page 34 of this blog just as well. Part of the Golden horseshoe's main city intensification plan lol!I am hoping something is actually happening. If so, this is incredibly exciting for Niagara Falls. Yeah absolutely they park on Dunn street with the fence open usually five or six trucks there i’ve seen them for the last like two or three weeks now although I can’t see inside due to the big wall that they built to prevent people from going in when it was abandoned

What's the history of that unfinished/abandoned garage? It caught my eye last time I was there.

Unfinished Crowne Plaza hotel. That was started 20 years and abandoned not long after they started.

This project has actually been abandoned twice the first time in 2000 and then another time in 2009 three underground floors of parking were completed plus the one ground floor and the mezzanine level with a pool The rest has sat there

I’ve actually been in there while it’s been abandoned absolute pitch black in the car park area although bottom floor has lights on someone obviously has kept some maintenance on the property since it’s been abandoned
