This building is way less than 40% glass, maybe more like 20%. So this is simply a design decision. Is it a good one in terms of aesthetics? Maybe not so much; budget-driven more likely.

The standard for "invisible" spandrel panels, ie, ones that match the vision glass seamlessly, has been set at East FiftyFive Condos. Anything less is a letdown, IMO. Sugar Wharf Condos, for example, looks like it's meeting that standard.

Here? Nope. Another example of The Cheapening™️ at The Well.

Don't suppose it'll be too long before we get a glimpse of the cladding for the tallest residential building. Now that they're on to the tower it's really climbing quickly.
