More seriously...my bet is around early 2025, if not by the end 2024 it will be close to completion. That's just a hunch though...

As I surmised back then...


Sam better pray the height increase gets approved...the G and A cost overruns on this project are enormous......nice looking building but the entire construction process has been a gong show.
Which is likely true of most other buildings being constructed in this city. That is, it's likely behind schedule with cost over runs. I don't think it's something that's new or unique as far as anyone is concerned. /shrug

But you forgot to mathematically account for the periodic stop work orders which must happen approximately every so many floors.

So when you take that and divide by the steel columns, then multiply it by the cubic inches of cement and add the exterior glazing. Round for any counting errors and 2156 seems to be the inevitable number.

Math doesn't lie.
