yes, i like them too from the outside. They're beautiful. it's a shame that the interiors look cheap and there's so many horror stories coming from them.
If you look at Empires new subdivisions it seems to be similar. The exterior elevations of the homes look great but the interiors are bargain basement and look straight out of the 90’s.

Not necessarily anything specific, just that the exteriors have a fair bit of money spent on them for curb appeal but interior finishes are all the cheapest material selections.

Lamb & Harhay interiors are a bit better on average. Also Tridel and Menkes come to mind. Cityzen perhaps?
