I'm impressed with how the podiums of the residential component are shaping up so far. I'd like to see similar 12-20 story brick and precast designed infill carried further north on Spadina, where density is badly needed. A lot of unrealized potential and gaps compared to other main thoroughfares downtown.

The scale and built form of the residential is just perfect here. Can we just have this everywhere in the city? k thanks.

Not sure if this has been posted before (I couldn't find anything on the map or forum search), but the site offices on the north side of Wellington will apparently be turned into a Cat Promenade.
