Looks like I did catch some of the removal compare to what I thought. The rear of the crane was being lower when I first noticed, but did gets shots of it being held while bolts were being remove as well being hoist. Lots of photos up on site and shot at different times

Nice shots Drum - had a look through your flickr and noticed you snapped some glimpses of new cladding.

From the south middle podium (thought this was going to be terracotta but it looks like some kind of precast with a texture/inlay)

Haaa.........never noticed it when I was shooting and using the zoom. Getting shots of this area will decease in the coming weeks now the structure has reach grade to allow other structures to be built that will block the view.
 
It's really hard to comprehend the scale of this project - I don't think I'll be able to until I can actually walk through it once completed. It's also moved incredibly quickly... I remember talk of a phased plan for the residential components but it seems like they're not wasting any time and everything is being built in one shot. Kind of wild to think by this time next year the complex will be nearly finished.
