Didn't get a chance to grab a pic today..........but noted the building is topped out;

At least appeared so from the north.

Glad they caught the scum. This is a prime example of someone who should be blackballed from the entire industry, but im sure he'll be back to work with another company in no time knowing how messed up the construction industry is with ethics.

To give some gravity to what went down...

"On June 10, employees called police after two Black construction workers found two nooses at the site on Coxwell Avenue, north of Danforth Avenue."

I can't imagine what it's like to work under the conditions knowing another employee is quietly targeting you because of your race and with such violent symbolism. I would be really fearful to work there.

Photo update, taken December 8th, 2020.

Most of the change is in the form of glazing getting close to completion, and a large portion of the building having been Blueskinned.

First, a peek from the north, with the existing hospital in front:

Of note, cladding is going up, both in panel and brick form; and interior fit-out has begun with visible drop ceilings and light fixtures.

I took quite a few today, but the weather made a hash of them with water getting all over my lens! Most of the pics had some adverse effect, but I have selected those w/the least issues.

So just three, taken Dec 25th, 2021:

Sidewalk is going in:

Lots of lights on, the majority of interior finishing appears to be complete across most levels including paint, fixtures and ceilings, with some exceptions.
