The pace of this project is impressive! Looking back on these images a year ago it's amazing to think that they demo'd, excavated and reached grade in a matter of 12 months even with COVID-19 delays stacked against them.

You're right NorthshoreCity ! I haven't been paying attention to this project for a while. And much to my surprise how fast the basement floors have gotten finished ! By judging how this rendering looks like. I can't wait to see this building become complete ! P.S. But I still like the first rendering !
