that purple blue lighting on the cn tower is my favourite colour scheme on the tower. Really looks cool. So regarding CIBC building... still any guesses when they may test lighting? My guess is once the rest of the glass is on from the mechanical stuff on the west side is all gone replace with the glass.?

I actually disagree, I like the fact it stops before the top re: the diamond pattern, it provides a framing for lack of a better word.

I don't mind it either, it creates an elegant roof shape when viewed top down as seen in this site plan below:

Oh I didnt know they were going to make that rooftop park even bigger.

That's great.

I think only when this Park is finished, will Rail Deck Park become more of a reality.

People need to experience a park over the railtracks to see what a great idea it is.

I don’t think that is the plan anymore. It’s an older site image that I found online. What we have seen constructed is the final extent of the park.
The site plan docs for 141 Bay Phase 2 outline details for the final phase.

I never saw a site-plan for Larco's invasion of the Dominion Building, but the office podium in the site-plan for CIBC Phase 2, suggests Larco must be 94.673% "inside" the Dominion Building

Imagine the logistical nightmare of both of these projects u/c at the same time....

I still wish that Hines acquired the Dominion Building for a Phase 3. Larco is one of the worst things that could have happened to one of the most beautiful historical sites in the city.
