Very promising. Hoping this doesn't turn out like the building directly north of them... A sharp podium, with a mediocre tower. Time will tell!

aA and Harhay? Not a chance the tower will look as terrible as the Berczy. All that ugly spandrel? Not a chance...I would bet my life on that.

The Berczy was by IBI and Concert. In terms of an aA and Harhay combination, they did well with the East Lofts Condos at King East & Princess St.
