I sure wish this design team could infiltrate the 1540 Bloor project. This design is so much more responsive to the vibe of this historic neighbourhood.

Design looks interesting but the suites appear to be very small...580 sq.ft. 1 bedrooms. I guess large for Toronto.
I also have concerns about how they're planning on cleaning the glass behind the perforated bricks.

Apparently the grand opening is this weekend. Got an email on Friday from the sales centre.

Gairloch sent out an email saying the Junction Point project is now around 70% sold.

Super excited to see this get underway (and Junction House get above ground). They're both really nice warming buildings that I think are going to compliment the area nicely.
