Yea, this is a great design! I really hate walking round the MCC and Dundas stretch,
really lacking of streetlife, so any development here will atleast add something worth looking at.

The variations in the colours of the facade to create the effect of multiple smaller facades looks very urbane, particularly if they use grey stone cladding to accentuate the corner. It'll be more interesting to walk by than the sterile wall of glass stretching the entire block that you see in too many contemporary developments both downtown and in the suburbs.

That’s awesome, glad to see a height increase considering that the HuLRT and Dundas BRT are coming.
