Encouraging to see that Time and Space has reached ground level for at least for a small portion of the site. A typical Rule of Thumb (the words typical and rule of thumb clearly meaning that not applicable in all cases) - a typical rule of thumb for the below grade work is that it is one month down, and one month back up, for each level below grade. So a building with three levels below grade would take six months from the start of construction to get back up to grade, for a building with six levels below grade, twelve months, a full year just to get down and then back up to grade.

Indicative of both the size and the complexity of the Time and Space development, with only one level below grade, that shoring and excavation started in August of 2018, almost twenty-two months ago, and just now starting to reach grade.

Again, given the size, scale and complexity of this building - from my perspective, it still looks like occupancy in 2023 would be the most likely outcome.
