You can't just take a structure with the design of an outer-905 factory and crown your building with it if you want to build something appealing.
 
The gap between the renders and reality is even larger than usual here. Two architects involved - was Tassone responsible for construction documents and the value engineering?
 
3 and above are fine, but the first two floors are unconscionable.

That bronze (?) and gold spamdrel is not doing this building any favours. And it's supposed to be a Teeple too. /sigh
 
It was Teeple until it was VE'ed and drawn up for construction by Tassone. You won't find this on Teeple's website. We should probably change up the database file—but we have some new options in the back end that I'm not sure will properly translate what happened here in a couple of fields.
