I want this to be built just as much as everyone else, but I don't know of any other development in Toronto that's had a work stoppage of this length. Weakening the argument that the fault is with the city...

Can any anyone else shed some light on other similar scenarios? I could be totally wrong here.

Yea they had some issues with in ground utilities from what I remember. Pretty sure it was more than 2 months.

This is a permit for the foundation which has already been constructed lol

1 Bloor St W applied for their New Building Permit #19 106 142 BLD OO NB on April 03 2019, that is over 10 months ago, kind of strange that it has not been issued. Only thing i can think for them not issuing it would be that they had not finalized their agreement for S37

Might be best to lock this up until something actual happens and we see workers back on the site. Just going around in circles.
