It's like every bad stereotype of Toronto buildings, but on steroids.
- Grey window wall? Check.
- Excessive mullions? OH LORD.
- Bad "heritage" facade at ground level? So bad they couldn't even get the brick colour vaguely correct.

I'd say 365 - but at this level of bad the different is purely academic - and unlike the former I'd argue this site is far more sensitive to this kind of grossness (far more examples of excellence immediately around it than on Church St.).

You forgot "Ironic name considering development outcome"
Not sure what is most egregious in that category currently under development, Design Haus, Time and Space, Yonge and Rich, or Waterfront Innovation Centre?

In terms of ugliest new buildings within the past 5 years or so, I'd say this is among the worst along with 365 Church and Regent Park Block 27.

The "good" news is that since they're practically side-by-side, at least one of them will look (relatively) better!

Balconies on the north and west side would have helped. And this is from someone that hates balconies.

When I see units in buildings like this one on realtor.ca, I just close the listing and move onto the next one.
