I quite like it - but am quite concerned about Giannone's ability to effectively detail it. His most recent projects have left that aspect.. lacking, to say the least.

That is, if this is even a real project.

I know it's early and no full renders but- tower massing looks promising (especially if clad in pure gold as offered). The tower resolution at podium level is odd.(NE pov).. like it's taking a 'dump' on lower floors.

But a great start -onward.

Wow, now that's one hell of a redesign. Hoping this one doesn't get too value engineered as the design gets refined. We definitely need more warm-toned towers in the Toronto skyline and this will definitely deliver.

Looks like they are trying to preserve just Bloor St facade here (for whatever reason?!). The rest of the building is swallowed.
