There is a small brick facade mock-up inside the shell of the retail unit. Half red/terra cotta brick, half Blue Ironspot. Maybe they’re deciding which to use unless both are in the plans? Interesting to note this will be hand laid masonry vs panels so it’ll take a while for it to become visible.
