The cladding for the second and third levels is rather meh. And could they have designed the conduit for the natural gas lines to be a bit more discrete?

They've managed to make a feature out of something that's typically just an eyesore. Good for them!

Are the ugly EIFS 2nd/3rd floor facades the result of value engineering or was this the plan the whole time?

I actually like the gas line being made into an accent colour. The upper floor cladding is pretty dull though. I did like this build and the layout provided.

I actually like the yellow gas lines too. I wouldn't fault someone for mistakenly thinking it's an art feature called Waterfall of Sunshine. ?
