You know it's bad when the sheathing & avb layer is a more attractive finish than the cladding itself.
 
Took a number of pics of the completed project this morning. Occupancy seems to be complete as all the balconies are filled.

Some of the nicest brick detailing was reserved for the parking entrance, of all places:

This shot captures some of the cladding that I believe is Oko Skin. Whatever it is, it looks even better in person, and I would like to see more of it around town.

Overall, I would say it turned out rather nicely. I'm curious to see what will end up in the retail space.
