There are many elements that I dislike about this one, but I have a much higher opinion of the finished product compared to months ago when this was still under construction.

The balconies in particular probably saved this one.

Not sure if my expectations have lowered due to other projects going on in the city, or if maybe in retrospect I shouldn't have been so harsh on this one. I think it has turned out more than alright.
