I believe it was 4 levels of underground...

Is there a way to search specific forum threads instead of the whole bank under say buildings? i might be blind.
 
I think there will be 5 underground floor in total (4 parking levels + concourse level). Besides, from the Arch Plans document, level P4 will have its north-eastern corner unexcavated:

I think it’s fantastic that this project has been moving along but I also can’t help but wonder what will become of this tower when a third of the units, all higher end, are still unsold. To be best of my recollection, there has been next to no sales of the units that remain in the past few months. Has to be a cause of concern for the team.
 
Revised Site Plan application was posted to the Application Information Centre this week with new details and an updated rendering looking east on Bloor:

  • 180-suite hotel confirmed.
  • Podium height reduced to 32.5 metres on south side and 56.5 metres on west side.
  • Setback above heritage building reduced to 4.15 metres.
  • "The four 'notches' have been removed from all sides of the tower." (not quite sure what this is referencing)
  • Overall height increased by .6 metres.
  • GFA reduced from 80,452 to 78,611 square metres; residential GFA falling from 65,335 to 62,343 square metres.
  • Laneway easement abutting northwest side of the site has been closed to create a formal main entrance and lobby.
  • Door proposed through the south wall of the heritage building to allow access to the escalators.
  • "The massing of the building relative to the heritage building has been revised slightly. The extent of the heritage wall has increased, and will terminate at a curved masonry wall as opposed to a straight wall."
  • West core elevators revised down from three banks (one resi and two non-resi) to two banks (one for each).
  • Public stair added to northwest corner in the POPS area for access to proposed PATH connection.
  • Residential sky lobby relocated to the 6th storey.
  • Operable windows added to the tower.
