so we have 3 large projects in the city.. 1) the well...2) 440 Dufferin... and 3) this mirvish village... wow..as in size am talking about and city only..

Yesterday. A few photos of the site from different angles. What was once the small underground garage has become a hole. Rigs have been drilling holes for weeks using big cylinders that are rotated into the mud and brought back up and shaken off. Note that they've installed pink colored panels at the top of the fancy hoarding structure. Appears they may be getting ready to move one of the heritage homes on Markham over two lots --

Progress continues as excavation has begun in the Northwest corner of the main site. 5th shoring rig arrived a few days ago and is still be assembled. Shoring looks to be very close to completed for the entire north end of the site. Lots of work on heritage structure retention/rehabilitation - yellow temporary structural supports in background of 1st and 3rd photo.

The roads at this intersection were inexplicably wet when I passed this site earlier today on my way to drop someone off. Were they watering the road to keep down the dust or wash it down or something related to the excavation?

They have been wetting and cleaning the roads on a daily basis in an effort to keep dust down. It is only partially working...
