I hope so but I can't see it turning into a nice street for at least 15-20 years. Jarvis needs a TON of work and a lane reduction.

I'm an outlier once again. It's not the worst window wall. It still looks cheap up close. I dislike this more from afar for the very reason it stands out among the crowd. It's novelty wallpaper pretending to be expressionist architecture and that's not something new for our skyline either.

On the other hand, the street level has potential although somewhat derivative for our city.
