These photos suck but from the street it’s very similar to casa 1 but your view of it has an obstruction in the halo from the mech detail. Which is a little weird. Maybe it will be less weird when the windows are lit.

From my POV, Casa’s has a bluish tint, while this one is just white

What a difference some paint makes, eh? Really makes those old windows stand out but overall better looking than before.
