As far as mechanical integration goes, this is above most. Take a glance out of any window in this city above 30 storeys and you'll agree.
All around great building.
It's not very ornate, but that we're losing this kind of detailed masonry all the time and not putting up anything new makes every loss a bit disheartening.

I find it a bit ridiculous that all of the sidewalks abutting this site are closed. It's a pedestrian dead-zone down there now. Not that it was particularly lively with just the parking lot or the Workmen's Comp. building before that, but still.
