Hi, The last letter received from the builder was in Nov 2023, stating my Firm Occupancy is Jun 19, 2024, 14th floor. I am guessing I would have received something by now, if that June date is to change Congrats and keep us posted on your PDI and impressions of building B. THanks

Hi! Just an update on Building B. I just received a letter today. My occupancy has been pushed 2 months from April to Jun 2024.

Just got my final tentative occupancy date.. april 2024. Building B floor 14.

Along Bayview north of Elgin Mills after the Temple Entrance there is a set of lights that you can turn right into the development. You have to drive in a bit then turn right towards the towers. A bit muddy right now.

There was neither compensation to stay at 10, nor charges if accepting the move to 14. There was a letter we had to sign back, so it is possible they could have changed their mind after receiving the letter. The top floor of building B were given the option to stay on 10th or move to 14th. I was told a few were saying they were gonna stay on the 10th and not move up. I must add, there was no compensation if we chose to stay on the 10th.

Building B tentative occupancy is Nov 22, 2023. Received the letter last week.
