I dont think you will be required to close it until 2025 when it is fully finished. We were talking about the occupancy date which is the date your unit is finish and you can move in. I dont wanna pay rent so I would rather moving into it by the end of 2024

The crane will be up by the year end, another 18 - 20 months to complete the project. My guess is mid to end of 2024. We can check out 900 St.Clair for reference

Hopefully it will be delivered by early 2024. I think it will be delayed though...
