From a few days ago. My friends infront of a community-made bench, replacing the former cement bench from across the street. Too bad the developer didn't pay much attention in trying to accomodate the community. Would have been an easy win. -

the south-facing frontage needs to step back a couple of feet... as the sidewalk is much too narrow along Queen Street. Otherwise, this is a good-looking proposal. -
