From a few days ago. My friends infront of a community-made bench, replacing the former cement bench from across the street. Too bad the developer didn't pay much attention in trying to accomodate the community. Would have been an easy win.

the south-facing frontage needs to step back a couple of feet... as the sidewalk is much too narrow along Queen Street. Otherwise, this is a good-looking proposal.

Of course. It means all the coveted 1181 "Queen Street West" marketing was a maneuver in, er, marketing... and the developers knew that from the beginning. It would be near impossible to have Canada Post/the City change their protocols for one project, but here's hoping. Reference the TEN93...
