The podium material looks so cheap. Hope they come to their senses and change it.
It's not suitable for the area and for a building that was selling well above $700 a square foot.

I think people are too hard on this project. Everything about this building and location has so much going for it... which makes the price reasonable in my opinion.
Isn't it better for the overall condo market that buildings like this don't get built? If all buildings are actually built that are planned to launch for the ED then there will be a big problem with oversupply. There's already too much.
I couldn't disagree with you more... with this being part of a master planned City of Toronto project it is very safe.
I think people don't understand the value there is in the podium units here. The tower units are $100/sgft more than the podium but it is justifiable as you get a guaranteed...
Judging by how really nice Reve turned out and with the same design team working on this, I'm hugely excited about how this one will turn out. 300 should be even nicer (inside and out).
Lack of sun light may be an issue for this unit (which is why the price is so good). The windows are smaller than average loft units. If this unit gets direct sun light it would be a huge positive...
I recently went to an open house and I 100% agree that this building is very beautiful. If anyone knows any other building which is as nice and in this price range, please share...
