So great to see Canada get its first supertall. Better late than never I say :) Also great that more are just around the corner. :cool:

It's a downer the height has been dropped to 250m, but it's still a substantial height. It'll be easily noticeable in the skyline.

I really like the vertical/diagonal beam cladding. Looks sharp. Looks similar to the material used on the Bow Tower in Calgary.

I like these boutique style buildings. I wish Calgary (my current hometown) had a lot more buildings of this style.

Shake Shack is solid, but IMO nothing to get too excited over. I've had it a couple of times in the U.S. and by the time you convert to Canadian $$ you're paying like 27 bucks for a burger, fries and a shake.

Question for those in the know. Is the brick being done brick at a time, or is it brick panels?

I like it. It has this cheesy Dubai look to it, but it's still cool.

It seems like a small parcel for the size of the buildings in the renderings. Are there more buildings to be demolished?

It's a somewhat banal design, but not bad either. The Bloor Yonge area is going to be super dense. Bloor and Yonge in 2036

This is one very cool building. What I like is that is simple, but elegant, and the lobby is super funky. Thanks for all the great updates.

Yeah a few mjore distict looking building wouldn't hurt, but it definitely looks good. I'm dating myself, but back when I was younger I remember FCP, TD towers and Commerce Court were the main office towers and you could see them from any angle in the city, and the rest of towers were bundles of...
