    Yes, only the old soap factory has an official design. All others are placeholders based on splitting the 10 million sqft of proposed office space over the rest of the buildings. Designs for each building will be done when the architects are selected per building.

    In previous photos in the thread they have shown the lighting that will be used on the exterior which are spot lighting that is attached to the curtain wall system in the diamond pattern.

    I believe when they are mentioning large scale retail, they are talking stand alone retail big box type stores. i am sure if the large scale retail was included in a podium of a office/residential tower it would be acceptable.
