    The views from that top level restaurant should be very nice! Interesting to see the two Mechanical floors below the restaurant with the mechanical catwalks in those photos as well.

    If you want to see some awkwardly small footprints for even taller towers I point you to Billionaire's Row in NY a few of those have very tiny lots and the towers are 100m taller.

    Was driving by on the Gardiner this morning and you could see the very top of the scaffolding. the tips and just a bit of the black. Unfortunately I was driving so no photo, but it will definitely make its mark driving through once it starts rising again. Can't wait.

    I'd say 6 Months. A pretty typical timeline for start digging down to building back up is 1 year. (Obviously not all are the same, but around 1 year).

    I haven't heard any news on the residential front in any official capacity. It was lightly discussed way back, but like most post on here this site was reviewed with the city to be an employment zone. Entertainment uses and as @Northern Light mentioned a college/university use was also hoped...

    I would definitely say this statement is true for Mississauga's Downtown. One of the things I think we need in the GTA is more of the mid-rise buildout that most European cities have. 3-12 stories along the major routes in the lesser built up zones.

    Drove by this morning and a lot of the hoarding is down, a lot of barriers have been moved and hardly any equipment still on the road top. Going to be nice to have it open again. Well, until its not with the up coming construction haha.

    They usually renovate the Loblaws stores at around a 7 year lifecycle. So that could possibly be a timeline to think of.
