They typically don't update renderings unless there are major changes like when the height changed. The crown changing might not have triggered a new rendering as it would be an unnecessary cost. Now they could have, but on most projects they wouldn't. (Based on my work experience).
Absolute garbage for a supposed iconic tower, especially one that will be the secondary face to the world after the CN Tower in all photos going forward.

Agreed, far from complete. There is still a lot to go on the retail buildings on the inside court of the towers and towers C & D might look complete from the exterior, but a lot of work still going on. At least 3 months to go on the portions I am apart of.
