After a couple of months of apparent inactivity, the North site now has a site trailer, and they're actively clearing out the large steel members that had been stored there.
Seems likely that the "support of excavation construction” work that was scheduled to start in Jan. may not be far off?
The Pape Village block party is between Cosburn and Mortimer this weekend, so part of it is right in front of the lot South of Cosburn.
Metrolinx set up a booth just south of there, kind of odd to see them in among the other vendors... They got their own branded canopy.

The site south of Cosburn is really getting cleared out. They replaced a lot of the hoarding with wire panel fencing.
Fencing has been replaced at Gamble/Pape.
They've started bringing down a few more buildings on the north side of Cosburn; meanwhile, the site south of Cosburn is increasingly cleared.
