If the current info screen and booth are being replaced, hopefully they are planning on recreating the original and put a historically suitable departure board somewhere else.

I grew up only a few blocks from here, the arch-roofed building in the distance was the former Miracle Mart (now Metro) at Parkway Plaza then later enclosed to become Parkway Mall. Parkwoods Village Plaza is on York Mills Rd. at Parkwoods Village Drive.

There is should be no need to replicate the decorative frieze since they existed in both of the east and west portals (where Harvey's and the security office were located). I have been wondering if there is any plan to reinstate the decorative features during construction but haven't seen any...

I would rather not see the Lumsden Building redeveloped and turned into yet another facade like so many of our other heritage buildings. Is it not reasonable to have the remaining structures refurbished and left intact? I like the quality of the restoration of Concourse Building's facade, looks...

Wow, they really worked hard to make this area as grim and monotonously coloured as possible. It needs some snow or some spring greenery to make it bearable.

I thought the same when looking at the renders, turn this around and I'd be happier.
