Wow! Thats a terrible floorplan!
On the flipside there are some really nice floorplans with terraces overlooking tall trees. Last week I looked at atcustom 2 story suite with a huge terrace and loft upstairs.
Nice trade up! Its a very nice one bedroom plan with a balcony and on a high floor. Hope you are able to secure the unit.. demand for rentals here are high.
If I lived downtown this location would be my first choice. Maybe im biased but the 536 sq ft one bed is a nice unit facing east. On the higher floors (over 35th) you will have a nice view. ; )
Agree.. they are moving quickly on this project. Occupancy started in Feb 2016 and common halls are done and the lobby is taking shape. I was in L Tower a week ago and looks like they're close to finishing the lobby (1.5 years). I have to also note the common areas at L Tower look amazing.
PDIs starting in May!
First occupancies in June!
All amenities will be completed by June. I have NEVER experienced that before with any builder I have done business with.
Hey Rbt. Yes thats what I mean.. $2k total payment.. ~$1400 mortgage payment.. i would say roughly 12k towards principal 1k perr month .. so about 36k in 3 years of equity.. plus appreciation which easily offsets the lansld xfr tax etc. Not bad and the option to rent it or sell it later.
Buy! Pay 2k/month towards a mortgage (even if payments are less) fast track your savings for a home. Or Revisit in a few years and if you have enough dp for a house you can always keep the condo as a rental!
